MERRILL 1000 SERIES FILTERS
Filter Construction:

Bodies are mig welded of 10 gauge steel
-
Galvanized for maximum life and rust
prevention.
-
Stainless steel bodies are available upon
request.
-
Screens are mig welded 22 gauge 304 stainless
steel with stainless steel end caps (100% stainless steel).
-
Screens available in .062 .050 .033
perforations
-
Filter inlets and outlets are flanged.
Outlets Provided:
-
1/4" N.P.T. on filter inlet for pressure
gauge.
-
1/4" N.P.T. on two sides of filter outlet
for pressure gauge (one to be plugged).
-
3" N.P.T. nipple on end cap of screen for
3" gate valve.
-
1 1/2" N.P.T. outlet on bottom of filter
body for flush out.
-
1 1/2" N.P.T. outlet on to top of filter
for air release.

2 - 1/4" N.P.T. pressure gauges

1 - 1/4" N.P.T. plug

1 - 1 1/2" N.P.T. plug (3/4" plug on
1010)

1 - 1 1/2" Close nipple

1 - 3" Gate valve (2" on 1010)
